In the early eighties Dwight joined Marshall Thurber and the Burkyn Group. Mr. Thurber co-founded the Burklyn Business School in Vermont. It was designed to teach both the global principles of cooperation he learned from Dr. R. Buckminster Fuller and the contextual principles of the human potential movement. The teaching methods, including Superlearning Technologies™ (for maximum memory retention), simulations, music, and graphics, are known for being fun, memorable and powerfully effective.
