Entry Requirements:
1. Cover letter describing exhibition pieces.
2. Entry fee - $30.00 up to 3 entries. At least one or all three accepted
3. Ten (10) digital images on CD/DVD or flash drive
Images should be presented in JPEG format with image size set to 300 dpi resolutions
4_ x 6_ image size, approximately.
4. Artist Resume including biography, and exhibition record.
Timeline: Exhibit will run from October 1 – 31, 2013
Entries Due: August 20, 2013
Written Notification to artist: will be on or before September 3, 2013, Artist will be responsible for shipping and insurance
Accepted Artwork will be exhibited on the third floor gallery of Honolulu Hale. Award winning Artist, Roy Venters, will be responsible for the installation.
Delivery to Honolulu Hale –September 30, 2013 – noon- 4:30p.
Reception Honolulu Hale –October 9, 2013 - Noon
Exhibit or Event Ends: October 1, 2013 – October 31, 2013

Section 1: Composition. The business, property and affairs of the Chamber shall be managed by the Executive Director(s). Any Executive Director shall be a member of the Chamber, in good standing and shall be elected to hold office for a term of three (3) years. There shall be not less than a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
Section 2: The Chairperson shall -
a. Shall be eligible to be elected to the office of chairperson after serving a minimum of two (2) years on the Board of Directors unless the Chamber has not existed for two years.
b. Preside at all meetings of the membership; serve as chairperson of the Board of Directors and the executive committee.
c. Appoint all divisional vice-chairperson, and committee chairperson, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
d. Be a member ex-officio of all committees, except the nominating committee.
e. Perform all duties usually pertaining to the office of chairperson.
f. Sign, with the secretary or such other officer authorized by the Board of Directors, on behalf of the Chamber, all contracts or instructions, the execution of which have been authorized by the Board of Directors.
Section 3: Vice Chairperson shall:
a. Be charged with the supervision of the divisions and committees assigned to them by the chairperson.
b. Be a member ex-officio of the committees assigned to them for supervision and shall aid in coordinating and reporting on the activities of those committees.
c. Perform such other duties as may be assigned to them by the chairperson of the Board of Directors.
Section 4: The Secretary shall:
a. Be the official custodian of the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors, executive committee, and general membership.
b. Be the attesting officer on all official documents and contracts of the Chamber.
c. Serve as Chairperson of the finance committee.
d. Review and report on the accounts of the Chamber and report thereon at each meeting of the Board of Directors and executive committee.
e. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the chairperson of the Board of Directors.
Section 5: The Treasurer shall:
a. Serve as Chairperson of the finance committee.
b. Be the official custodian of all fiscal matters of the chamber.
c. Be an attesting officer on budget approvals and contracts of the Chamber.
