When deaf co-founders V. Kotenev, J. Clark, and V. Pavlyukovets made this observation many years ago, they were defining how they viewed the endless possibilities in small business and entrepreneurship development for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. They experienced repetitive discrimination with equal communication access and special accommodation at public business events even they were paid and registered.
Vision
We're not about business as usual. We call the movement to transform each individual's personal/professional development and every business from GOOD to GREAT! Business Convention and Expo of the Deaf provides education, empowerment also stimulates a collaborative culture of new thinking, possible opportunities, and unconventional ideas.
