I know that through all the frustrations that we face in Congress, sometimes it seems there isn't much hope.Today, however, was a good day. Today, your Representatives in Congress did the right thing. In March 2013, I introduced my first bill as a member of Congress - the Helping Heroes Fly Act - a measure to improve the screening experience for our injured and disabled service members and veterans by requiring TSA to facilitate ease of travel for them at our nation's airport security check points with expedited screening.
